Roast Profile: City Roast - (light to medium) We use this roast profile on specific coffees (specifically single origin coffees), to be able to harness the beans full potential.  When roasted as a city roast, the coffee is developed in a way that allows the coffee to boast its natural sweetness and flavor while still allowing the developement of body and richness.
