Roast Profile : Medium Roast - We use Medium roast profile to as a standard throughout our lines of coffee. This roast profile captures complexities of single origin coffees while allowing us to put a personal touch on the coffee developing it further into the roast. This roast profile also works well when we want to blend coffees, specifically when trying to extract certain flavors from the specific coffees used in our blends.

RWANDA - Gakenke District
We currently are using our Rwanda Natural as our every day single origin drip coffee. This coffee works great with milk and milk alternatives, but really shines when drank straight up!
